My name is Glenn Van Bockel, and I am the owner of Van Bockel Home Inspections LLC. I am a Minnesota licensed contractor, and a Certified Home Inspector having taken courses in Home Inspection through Kaplan, INTERNACHI and I am a ICC certified Residential Building Inspector.
In 2004, I built our family home, and in doing so, I gained experience and knowledge about the ins and outs of what makes a home function successfully. I know how important it is for you to feel comfortable in your new home.
I have worked as a Handyman for 4 years and I have a contractors license. So I have the knowledge and experience to know what to look for.
I have also take further online studying and have passed the ICC ( International Code Council ) Residential Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Inspector tests.
I am Certified by ICC as a Residential Combination Inspector.
With that Certification I now inspect Modular homes being built in factories, weekly.
This knowledge and experience makes me a better Home Inspector.
I will thoroughly look through your home to find out if there are any issues that need to be addressed before your purchase. I follow the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice when inspecting homes.

During the inspection, I will walk you through what I find and how, if necessary, you can address it. After the inspection is completed, I will create a detailed report of the inspection and send it to you within 24 hours of the inspection occurring.
